How do I register on Sadee Jodi?
Click "Register Free" on the homepage. Fill in your details across our 6-step form — personal info, religious details, education, family, photo, and partner preferences. It's completely free!
Can I create a profile for my son/daughter/sibling?
Yes! During registration, select "Profile For" as Son, Daughter, Brother, Sister, or Friend. Family members can create and manage profiles on behalf of their loved ones.
How can I edit my profile?
After logging in, go to Dashboard → My Profile. You can edit all your information including personal details, religious info, education, family details, and partner preferences.
Membership & Payments
What are the membership plans?
Silver (₹600/mo) — Chat, view phone, who viewed. Gold (₹2,100/3mo) — + audio calls, profile boost. Diamond (₹5,000/6mo) — All features + video calls + priority support.
How do I pay for a subscription?
Pay via UPI or bank transfer, upload the screenshot on the Membership page. Admin verifies within 24-48 hours.
How do I upgrade to a premium plan?
Go to the Membership page, select your preferred plan (Silver, Gold, or Diamond), and pay via UPI or Bank Transfer. Your subscription will be activated within 30 minutes after payment verification.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. For technical errors or duplicate payments, contact support and we'll review your case.
Matchmaking
How does the matchmaking algorithm work?
Our algorithm considers 10+ parameters — age, religion, caste, education, income, location, height, etc. It calculates a compatibility score and shows best matches first.
How do I send an interest?
Click "Send Interest" on any profile. The other person gets notified. If they accept, premium members can start chatting.
Communication
How can I chat with matches?
Chat is available for Silver+ members. After mutual interest acceptance, start chatting from Dashboard → Messages.
Can I make audio/video calls?
Audio calls: Gold & Diamond. Video calls: Diamond only. Uses secure WebRTC (peer-to-peer) — no recording.
Safety & Privacy
Is my personal data safe?
Yes! We use Firebase security, encrypted HTTPS/SSL, strict access controls. Phone/email hidden from free users. See our Privacy Policy.
How can I report or block a user?
Use "Report" or "Block" on any profile page. Blocked users can't view you or contact you. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. Or email support@sadeejodi.com. Deletion is permanent; data removed within 30 days.
