1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sadee Jodi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including registered members, agents, and visitors.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register on the platform.
- You must be legally eligible for marriage under Indian law.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
- Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
3. User Accounts & Profiles
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All information provided in your profile must be genuine and accurate.
- Uploading someone else's photo, fake photos, or obscene content is strictly prohibited.
- Sadee Jodi reserves the right to verify, modify, or remove any profile at its discretion.
- Profiles created on behalf of others ("Profile For" feature) must have consent from the person whose profile is being created.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
- Sadee Jodi offers Free, Silver (₹600/month), Gold (₹2,100/3 months), and Diamond (₹5,000/6 months) plans.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash through authorized agents.
- Subscriptions can also be activated using a valid PIN/Voucher code.
- Payment screenshots submitted for verification will be reviewed by admin within 24–48 hours.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments.
- Sadee Jodi reserves the right to change pricing and plan features at any time.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior towards other users.
- Sharing personal contact details publicly before mutual consent.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial search.
- Spamming, soliciting, or commercial promotion through messages.
- Creating fake profiles or impersonating others.
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt platform services.
- Sharing obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Demanding dowry or engaging in any illegal activity.
6. Communication Features
- Chat, audio calling, and video calling features are available to premium subscribers only.
- All communication must be respectful and appropriate.
- Sadee Jodi may monitor communications for safety and compliance purposes.
- Video and audio calls use WebRTC (peer-to-peer). We do not record call content.
7. Agent & Franchise Terms
- Authorized agents represent Sadee Jodi and must follow all platform guidelines.
- Agents earn commission on successful premium conversions through their referrals.
- Misuse of assigned PINs or false commitments to users will result in agent termination.
- Agents must not make any guarantees about matches or results.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Sadee Jodi acts as a platform connecting individuals. We do not guarantee any match or marriage outcome.
- We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or misrepresentation of any user.
- Users are advised to independently verify the information shared by prospective matches.
- The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
Sadee Jodi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice or refund. Users may also voluntarily deactivate their account through the Settings page or by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
